Shipping and returns

Everything you need to know about how Neuroxen reaches you and how to send it back if it is not right. All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center from the authorized 2026 production batch.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before 2 PM PT on a business day usually ship the same day; others go out the next business day. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your package is on its way.

Six-bottle plan: free U.S. shipping
Three-bottle plan: free U.S. shipping
Two-bottle plan: flat shipping fee shown at checkout

Returns

If you are not satisfied, our 60-day guarantee lets you return your bottles for a refund of the purchase price. Email orders@neuroxenofficial.com for a return authorization before sending anything back. Refunds post to your original payment method once we receive the return.

Wrong or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
